What does the Itumbi tweet on yumbis indicate? How can all top dogs be so clueless even Boinett.... the ongoing rumours in Laffey also points to dead intel

Just crazy that despite all the movements in security apparatus State House has to rely on tweets from Alai and watu wa gazeti which are being derided to funga nyama..... are the NSIS guys still bar hopping with their iPads??

I thought with Obama coming intel would be on top of every game but looks security is surely kaput except in Nairobi ......
