Raila might have known in 2024 that he was critically sick and he wanted to cement his alliance with Ruto because the future was unpredictable.Appointment of his allies and Gachagua impeachment might have solidified this alliance of Rift valley and Luos.Luos and Kalenjins have been together politically from 1988-2000 and 2005-2011.What people dont know is that before Jaramogi died He had joined government and Raila resigning and forming NDP was to show Moi or anyone else he was the leader of Dholuo people.
