We cannot allow Ruto to fraudulently impeach Gachagua and use the law to bar Gachagua.Justice must not just be done it must seem to be done.
Raila wanted to use the law to bar uhuruto in 2013 the same way.
This culture of people hiding behind laws to achieve their political objectives should be stopped.
The supreme court MUST rise to the occasion that the impeachment law was used to impeach Gachagua maliciously.
We cannot obey unjust laws.
Gachagua has the momentum.
I would want him to battle Ruto.It would be historic.

Ruto would love to battle him but law is clear - he is raging rhino with limited vision.
He was impeached by 300mps and 55 senators;
He aint allowed to run; or be appointed; unless courts say so.
Opposition has only one viable card - kiss Raila arse or Ruto just sleep walk to presidency.
For now Ruto is sleeping like baby because he has Raila.
He loses Raila; he needs Kalonzo.

RiggyG case is about due process at the senate. He checked into Karen Hospital with depression :) so he was absent for the trial. That a fundamental principle of natural justice that was breached.
He has a very slim chance for salvation - so his crew of Muites will pussyfoot with various injunctions until after elections.
