With USAID, UNHCR funding taps closing people will have to develop agency to fight back and defend themselves from evils.

These are strong men running away to spend lives in refugee camps in small Burundi and Rwanda (looks they are not welcome there) where people stood up and fought.

This week I saw healthy refugees demonstrating in Kakuma.
