Title: Body Parts Keep Appearing in Rivers

What is going on  in Kenya? Are the police overwhelmed by the crime levels and can't keep up or are they just incompetent or both?  These crimes are not being solved and one has to wonder if given the rising poverty levels, people are just losing it and killing others and doing all sorts of insane things.

Itumbi and Ndii can run their mouths on twitter about how the economy is supposedly improving and ruto can also run his mouth, but these crimes should be a top priority for any president, not a Moody's rating.
