So Looter wants to tax the little money I send to my relas ??
Who does such a stupid thing?

Ujinga mwingi. The government already collects taxes through the transfer fees charged for every transaction. There is no reason to tax mobile money transfers. So do they also tax bank transfers? I cannot see such a directive surviving a court case.
