Ruto thinks Gachagua is behind Gen z which is very naive and plain stupid , Gachagua lacks that level of scheming,  Have always suspected Uhuru.

I think Ruto is so arrogant and believes that he is a genius that can do anything he wants and get anything he wants and so these protests just stunned him.
