It's not mulot. It entire kipisigis youth. Every village has some one or two call center where boys report every morning smoking bhang n making those fraud calls or sms. Jioni they go to the bar to blow away money. The kids start from high school...it's disaster unfolding but it's part of kalenjin old tradition of warriors stealing cattle hopefully

The whole community will be wiped out after safaricom fights back.
Its not the young pple am concerned, rather the whole community starting with political leaders, parents etc support such theft. It becomes normal to steal. They will go to the next level.

With the internet, everyone is coming to the realization that only politicians operate above the law and morality and they are worshipped.
So why not just walk like them?
We are clearly on the path to anarchy to reset the society.
