Ati Africa president! Charity begins at home. The man has enough issues at home. No need to go to a neighbouring country. Of all the presidents in E. Africa, Ruto is the most unstable.

The Multinational Security Support mission, while approved by the U.N. Security Council, is not a United Nations operation and currently relies on voluntary contributions. The mission has so far made little progress toward helping Haiti restore order.
There are nearly 900 police and troops from Kenya, El Salvador, Jamaica, Guatemala and Belize. More than $110 million has been paid into a U.N. trust fund for the mission, more than half of it from Canada, according to U.N. data.
"The U.S. had committed $15 million to the trust fund; $1.7 million of that had already been spent, so $13.3 million is now frozen," U.N. spokesperson Stephane Dujarric told reporters. "We received an official notification from the U.S. asking for an immediate stop work order on their contribution."

His getting back HELB students loan might actually be related to Trump - I think he struck a deal with liberals to mess with education, agriculture, WHO, climate change scam etc.

The US has no credibility in the western Hemisphere, so it will likely end in more disaster. The US wants to take Latin America resources, so this coud be another way to send more military to Venezuela and beyond.

Kenya have done phenominally well in Haiti because economy in ports, airports, schools and most places in country side are up and running. HAITI just graduated new police officers and things are slowly turning to normal despite white-supremacy blanket undermining Haiti. The US and France and Western countries are undermining Haiti while Kenya and other coalition partners are working hard to uplift it.

Outside small areas in Port au Prince, Haitians are going by their normal lives. Some people in Haiti don't even know there is a 'Gang Problem". Folks are in the markets, going to school, making love and churning out more Africans in droves. Kenyans having lost 3 officers in over a year, is extremely commendable. The lives of those heros matter and it is the sacrifice that peace loving people of the world must always pay for other people to enjoy peace and freedom. There is nowhere peace and freedom is found without ultimate sacrifice of death; sadly, this time, three Kenyans and their families had to endure!

Problem with Haiti is tribal/gangs in Banks, politics, Leadership, etc. Those who lose politics, don't let go, they form gangs and goons and use young armed people to distabalize the government over and over. Kenya and most African countries can easily go the same route when you have wamunyoro type people in the country!

Fortunately we live in an interconnected marketplace where human beings participate willingly or unwillingly in global affairs. Some of those affairs have risks. Glad now that UN has approved over 5000 forces and billions to eradicate gangs, Americans, Africans, Europeans, Asians, Latinos, and all groups will bear the sacrifice. Kenya has led the way, and I'm glad more resources and money are flowing in. Kenyan police officers in Haiti are pocketing 400,000 shillings a month. I'm sure most police officers in Kenya would want to sign up very quick!
