The Deputy President by presiding over a rally in Githurai, Nairobi that had chants of Ruto must go without condemning the same, was encouraging the unlawful deposing of the President thus  committing treason contrary to section 40 of the Penal Code. pic.twitter.com/cEWLm0MWaz

The penal code has deliberately not been reviewed 14 years after katiba. Bado has those colonial and Njonjo nonsense and is daily used to send poor Kenyans to jail. Enables rogue police daily.
