they allot themselves monies and nothing is left for schools hospitals etc. They turn around and use tribal affiliation to further entrench thmselves. ITS CRAP!!! A regular Kalenjin or Kikuyu never gained anything from Moi, or Kenyatta. They have jobless kids running all over yet they keep the crap going.
