I can name two.
1) Failing to form State Capture commission as promised.
2) Failing to form tribunals to investigate Matiangi/Kinoti and other human rights violaters.

Not putting a leash on kanjo and police terror on hasoras stands out for me. Hasoras should have had some KeBS and KRA relief for two years not the burdizzos that led to rejecting globalist wannabe agenda.

1. He was and is part of it. How can he form a commission to investigate himself?
2. He is not any different from thos jambazis. He is using the same tactics if not worse. At least those did not kidnap and murder young Kenyans in braod daylight.
