I dont remember any organization where policy makers are made.

Why do we need think tank when we can easily use remote control facilities from the West. We got Chatham, CFR, Bill and Melinda foundation, IEA, IMF, world Bank etc

What's the need to spend our own money while foreign think tanks quickly crank policy and numbers for free!

Kenya probably has more think tanks than any other country in Africa.

GOK has its KIPRRA.
