I listened to Mbadi, though his intentions could be noble on VAT returns shenanigans, we know technocrats and squeezed Treasury MPs and KRA leeches will use the good intentions for evil.

I saw CRA and IMF say counties can squeeze 260 billion in property rates, licenses and such. They are going to go hard on hasoras.

2025 external debt redemption stands at 2.3 trillion without interest and local bonds

The only way property tax should go up is if these taxes are specifically managed by local school districts, otherwise it is another tax that goes to be squandered. Justlike the road tax.
