Currently Winter in Brazil,
Turboprop Flies below 19000ft ,
Iced conditions (SLD-super liquid conditions) which cause: 1) drag 2)Drop lift.
Turboprop doesn't have proper deicing capabilities in severe weather.

The accident was accurately forecasted  6 months ago in this video.
