If you want to con people in masses, just go to Eldoret. This is a county that voted for Oscar Sudi thrice & a governor who doesn't know the difference between tomato paste & tomato sauce. The most educated leader in Uasin Gishu has a PhD in managu genetics & its structures.

Kenya is full of scammers starting from that guy in SH.
