Is that the same CDF that said Pokot Land Defence Forces/Aka cattle rustlers are superior than KDF?

Trying to create a narrative . Gachagua is a non factor .
Rutos problem is the economy . No amount of fictiona stories will make the economy factor dissapear . He is buying the whole opposition but still if the econmony is in this bad state it will amount to nothing
