Make a call to X, Facebook, Tiktok and ask them you need backdoor to regulate kenya content

Agree on the legal modalties.

And block nutcases with million of followers from inciting people.

Start with Migunas.

The globalist wannabe is not lucky like ufool to benefit from Cambridge Analytica, he will be playing catch up on the algorithm especially now that we have propagandists with blue ticks whose survival is depending on clicks. Even then when ufool had CA he still was chased away on social medias.

Pretty sure incitement already covers this but enforcement ngumu sana. Does Rwanda or Ethiopia censure social media usage? Nigeria does to counter Boko Haram. People must be convinced of a credible national security threat like PEV created NCIC. Maybe rehash this -- with the independent policing. Maybe use CA? Cops would abuse it.

Even here they have been toying with TikTok ban because it refuses to parrot Zionist spin. No consensus. Before TikTok and the Musk Twitter takeover most conservatives were silenced. Policing media is difficult and political.

My own opinion is Zamunda needs tough love - aka benevolent dictatorship. Beyond anarchy those youths have no clue how to solve the problem.
