Charge the owners of the grabbing with trespassing,
The company that awarded the contract to fence should be charged and fined for tresspating, This will send a message that whoever who is involved in crime must pay. This goes for both private and public.

They can't do it. It's the hapless contractor being harassed. They know the Land Grabber is Ruto.

Guys, the contractor was given a contract by someone, right?
Then they are the ones to be charged, individual or corporation.

You are assuming they don't know the whole story. On the contrary they actually they do! The contractor is just the excuse to appear to be doing something. And don't imagine they are on the side of the school. They are all sorry for Ruto for being the latest victim of those terrible NGOs and activists. I believe they secured international PR support to carry out the spin guided climb down. It is too refined for Jubilee. They have put double muzzles of Duale, Kindiki, Kuria etc. It is very suspicious.
