Yes, very likely, but that Kingpin will be shaped by Ruto's foot soldiers in Mt Kenya region, notably Gachagua, Nyoro, Waiguru, Ichungwah, Kihika, Mbarire, Kithure, Wahiga, Badilisha, and many UDA leaders from the region. The main goal for the Kingpin will likely be pushing For Ruto'o reelection efforts, retooling UDA, and preparing Kenya Kwanza freternity to be the dominant party in 2032 and beyond!
