The entire Ruto economy team is  Kikuyu.
1) Budget chair - Ndidi
2) Finance chair - Kimani
3) Economic Tsar - Ndii
4) CS Finance - Njunguna.
Those 4 - maybe with Dr Chris Kiptoo as PS finance - made the budget - of course with IMF breathing on their necks.

Primary drop outs like Sudi and Kibet cannot make budget - but they carry Ruto money and deliver the money to intended target.Their assignment now is simple - Finance Ndidi Nyoro campaigns - and Assist Mr Odinga win AU chair.
