I know folks praise him all over, but the quotes and cliches mask the ugly truth of US impunity and bloody footprints all over the world. From the choking Cuban blockade, supporting Pakistani war on Bangladesh, Indonesian militias in East Timor, coups and civil wars in Chile, Cambodia... Kissinger exemplified the neoconservative Might-is-Right Machiavellian ethos. Totally bereft of morals.

Oh it almost slipped my mind! Kissinger supported and prolonged SA apartheid, and obviously Israeli atrocities in Palestine.

I expect Netanyahu and Israel to write him a love poem or dedicate some library or statue. China must also love him for his embracing them to isolate the Soviets.
