Looks like limited hangout semantics.

Both are supporting the globalist climate scam.

They only defer on how it should be funded: Ruto is smart enough to ask the west to fund. TZ president wants to carbon tax Tanzanian to fund globalist climate agendas.

At the end of the day, the end result is the same- Carbon tax and carbon credits.

I agree with her. Self dependent. Singapore, S Korea did it.
Ukraine could be in a much better place if she had gone alone and implemented own self protection from Russia.
