If someone cons you with these house/land deal you might as well deal with them Mano a Mano. Kenya courts are waste of time and more money. If only Kenyans had dealt with Gakuyo and FEP thieves kienyeji style people would be more cautious when it comes to conning people. Land/house deal I have to visit your home first even if it means parting with a real goat.

I blame folks that get conned. In my 43 years of existance, I have never been conned, or con anyone. People of integrity never get conned because they start from a point of distrust and verification before signing up for anything. Screw anytone that gives out money in exchange of something before doing thorough dilligence.
