Someone here is stating the obvious.
Kenya is where it is today because of Kibaki stealing the elections in 2007. It is difficult for Kenya to have credible elections since 2007. Only the winners believe the election results. In Ghana, the regime has changed hands between serving goverment and opposition two times and in the next elections the opposition is set to win again.
Kibaki did Keny a disservice and this will dent his name in history books for decades to come. People like Francis Muthaura and Martha Karua were the architects of the election fraud. I hope one day they will pay for their crimes.

What was the turnout in Tharaka-Nithi?

PNU controled all government mechanisms. Why was nobody ever charged with murder of the PNU agents?

Just to prove Pundit wrong How I wish GEMA opposes Ruto in 2027 he will understand why Ruto joined forces with Uhuru for 2013 elections.
Ruto even went on record acknowledging they lost in 2007 because of Kalonzo factor . He was supporting Kalonzo for ODM Presidential Nominations .

It was 76 % very low in comparison  to Nyanza where they were hitting past 90%

Pundit state is to deny and downgrade the importance of mlima as a voting force he will use all means to deny this, if there was a way to rid GEMA pundit woukd gave tried it.

If Raila supported kalonzo in 2007,He would have become vice president & later president because the winning margin would have been huge for kibaki to rig.now look,15 years down the line,he is continuing with the same nonsense.

Coming from a Jaduong this is telling . Raila and Uhuru Rigged 2022 elections and still Ruto won , Same thing happened in 2007 election Raila rigged and still lost .

GEMA population is well known. I think now it slightly above 20%. Stop overplaying it. Voting age population is now at 25%. And dropping. Kikuyu population now likely 16% - maybe Kalenjin is 14%. So my friend wacha VITISHO BARIDI. And go to bed and make babies like Rigathi advised you.

Ruto got 50% - I think GEMA contributed 40% of that - that is about 20% of the total national vote. Kalenjin maybe 15%. Then Ruto had to look for another 15% all over the country.

Ruto has to work with all scenarios including GEMA voting him at less than 50% - and he must devise strategy that ensure he is NOT someone HOSTAGE.

This was Ruto and Comittee of Elder thinking.

Raila would win but in razor thin margins that Kibaki will easily rig.

Raila was told to support Kalonzo - but he cried and besieged Ruto - and run to kalenjin - who were not thinking straight.

As predicted - Raila won - but by small margin - Kibaki easily rigged.

Kalonzo would have beaten Raila at 58% versus 42% like happen in 2005 referendum.

That would have been impossible to rig..
