?t=GommtspWlc_CAytH-4vB9Q&s=19Apart from hii case ya my friend Brayo, I think the no-nonsense DCI, Mr. Amin, LSK & DPP should investigate @Ahmednassir fake pupillage certificate allegations. He didnt emerge from out of nowhere. In 1990s he was one Moi and judiciary biggest critics. He has been judiciary critic from day one. During our time in campus - he was Law dean at kenya school of law - young somali lawyer from harvard - and was popular.
Big break came with Kiraitu Judicial clean up - a fellow Moi critic who'd been to harvard. Him having been greatest critic was basically allowed to choose new judges.
He quit academia to practise law - with new judges endearing to him and old one scared of him. This is also the time somali new money need legal services - the man was now very wealthy from big gov deals and somali deals. From broke somali law lecturer - he was now a billionaire.
Come 2010 - judiciary vetting and Mutunga - another Moi critic - he got second chance to further entrench himself.
Seem to have lost favour - when he screwed up the Uhuru petition - and election was annualed. He has been out of favour since then.....back to hating judiciary day in day out

Is he really Havard educated or he took those summer courses in Havard and claimed he was Havard educated?
Most people in Kenya do this. Enroll in 6 weeks summer course at Havard and them claim they are Havard educated. Why did forget pupilage? Is pupilage necessary if you have other comparable experience such as being a law lecturer? I read that Pashal Gai pupilage and law college requirements had to waived my mutunga for him to get a license to practice
You are right , He dared to speak about corruption in Judiciary when Judiciary and executive were married and dangerous . The Bravery was at the right time as Moi was leaving power and a new regime was coming in . His dalliance with Ringera made him become a factor in chosing new judges . He picked his associates and friends .
After new constituion he was also in the panel of picking new judges and most importantly he became LSK rep in JSC the heart of Judiciary .
Once he was out of JSC his powers waned . The Judiciary also ballooned new faces came in . He now uses Twitter and threats to get his way in Judiciary a good lesson that power is Virtual ask Matiangi ……He didnt emerge from out of nowhere.
