I didn't know Ke Met has region specific weather forecasts. Seems it will a proper el Nino. My question is can we get an El Nino that doesn't bring rain to highlands but the rains go North eastern part of the country. I'm thinking this is what happened during kibaki and then we had locust invasion. I may be wrong
