Friends.
1) Security.
Ruto replaced NIS Kameru with Somali Haji,Omamo (Uhuru) with Somali Duale,Kibicho with Omollo (luo) Kibicho with Omollo (KDF) Kinoti with Amin (Somali) DCI,Luhya tool DPP,EACC Somali...As you can see,all investigative,prosecutorial and security powers are out of GEMA hands.These ministries or departments control over 250BN interms of operations and tenders,Gachagua didn 't get a share.
2) Parliament.
Parliamentary budget is normally 40BN.Muturi was replaced by wetangula,Kingi took over senate while Muturi has been given explicit orders that he should not make appointment in AG office without state house permission.That means GEMA has no powers in any legislative matters,appointments or tendersI havent checked parliamentary committes but your guess is as good as mine.
3 ) Nairobi County.
Nairobi collects hundreds of millions on a daily basis.Sakaja told Gachagua he will not be part and parcel of county appointments,revenues and tendering.The last time i checked two weeks ago,they wouldnt shake hands.
4) Energy,Infrastructure,education and health
Here we have machogu (kisii) and kiptoo,Nakumicha (wetangula) murkomen and Chirichir who are ruto men.These ministries receive more than 500BN budget.
As you can see,Mt Kenya is technically out.What made matters worse is the kicking out of kuria from trade where he was brokering cooking oil wheat and maize import business with gachagua while Alice was dumped in lands ministry where there is basically no money after thuita signed his resignation to save himself from trouble.
In real terms,Gachagua doesnt have money or lieutenats in GOK,He is deputy president on paper.Ruto will heavily fund Mt Kenya MPs like ndindi n ichungwa to destroy him.To make matters worse,Ruto may even fund MPs to impeach him.
Gachagua needs to think fast before Ruto destroys him because he doesnt have money,Mps,judiciary or security apparatus.

Gachagua enemies are Ndindi Ichungwa KJ.On the other side,Raila & Kalonzo are baying for his blood to impeach him.Ruto has him by the balls at the moment.I believe Ruto will want to deal with him before 2027.Get him impeached,Kesi kortini.
I forgot to mention the port leasing deals and Ruto investing billions in Luo luhya sugar industry,What has he invested in Mt Kenya?

Murkomen is Ps of infra - but has two PSes - a kikuyu and coastarian.
KRA has brilliant Bukusu luhyaman.

Ruto is past Mt kenya politics - he is building a international image - is not interested in tribal nonsense. Kenyans will elect him with landslide in 2027 as he will be africa top leader by then.
Mt kenya has a choice - buy time - bide time - wait for Ruto to finish or Sakaja will add 10 more - anything else will lead to 41-1 situation as Ruto will simply ostracize mt Kenya. The only threat Mt kenya can use is Raila whom they hate the most.

If thats the Case Raila would have been elected in 2013. Remember he was UN envoy and the darling of the West.
Mt Kenya is a factor as was seen in 2022 elections . Ruto would have been defeated by 8 oclock in the morning if it wasnt for Mt Kenya.

Ruto will work for all kenyans. 2027 election is not 2022. Mt kenya simply returned a favour that Kalenjin did to them. And that is just one election. We still want you support for another two elections including of Sakaja.

Check other ethnicities like Kisii, Luo, Luhya, Kamba etc and compare their percentage in population and in top government positions. It is kalejin and GEMA that overrepresented. Mt Kenya should stop whinning since this is the politics that was order of the day in Kibaki's and Uhuru's days. Even after Ruto, the next president will have to cut Kalejins to size. They will cry, but it is destined to happen.

(1) Majority of Ruto votes Over 40 % Was from GEMA,So when i see them being ejected from security,infrastructure,revenue collection and bailouts of cash crops,I must question because why did they vote Ruto if he was not to reward them?
2) Ministers and PSs are not equal.Take the example of Kuria,He was incharge of cooking oil maize wheat imports worth over 300BN annually,Now he is a PS of public service that makes him a clerk.Take the example of Alice,Just before Ruto hands out water privatisation deals worth billions,He had to kick her out.Its therefore paramount to note,the money people steal from government,they invest in their businesses and employ their tribes in hotels banks schools tech etc.So when you see kikuyus kicked out,It means poverty through the pen and generational poverty.
Take a look at counties like Mandera after devolutions,you have somali billionaires buying off properties in parklands eastleigh and towns like mandera marsabit growing.Steal GOK money,Invest in private sector and employ your people.
Because Ruto has betrayed kikuyus,He must be impeached and dealt with politically.
