What are the much talked about bursaries from CDF for if not in such cases?
Why are public universities charging fees? This should not be the case. Public universities should be free for all who qualify to be admitted. Years ago there were no fees charged by public universities. This way anybody from all levels in the society could climb the social ladder. This new system discriminates against people from impoverished backgrounds.

Society they say has these types who  cross a bridge and then destroy it.

You mean no more univeristy loans - Booms?
