He means the judges that are not friendly to KK regime.

Ruto now believes he can use strong man tactics after driving Rai out of Mumias Town. I hope the opposition will take this as a waking up call and send the man back to SH. There is a laid down procedure on how to get judges out of office and it has been used before. Why not just follow that process?

There are procedures to deal with corruption in the judiciary - let them take course.
