What rank did he hold?
Where is the list of cases he was investigating?
Where was he stationed?
What was his financial status and list of transaction including his wife?
His phone records?

1) Kenya is a dangerous country.There are about 1MN illegal weapons.So the government doesn't have monopoly of force.

2) We have police officers who hire out their guns to criminals for a few thousands, receive bribes of 50 shillings forcefully.This means with a higher bribe,they can take you out.

Having closes interacted with police officers from Kenya prisons to Presidential escort for a few years,I noticed these bastards have alot of loans.They use those loans to buy motorbikes,matatu,lorries and even wine and spirits businesses.They have to get involved in crime to survive.

Some of the boda operators are police or army men,I wouldn't be shocked they are the ones executing that guy.

In conclusion,I always smile when I see a dead police man.They are animals,brutal and ruthless.

I have never understood why people comment on a public forum using the word "maybe". It means you are making a wild guess, when you have zero facts on the specific situation. It is enough to posted an event. Let those who have factual information contribute to the thread. If you know nothing, it is not a must you must scribble a comment that only gives us wordy evidence that you haven't a clue.

That's why the American constitution gives everybody a weapon so that people respect other.If you mess with me,I shoot you dead.If we can't respect each other,we better both be dead.So violence inteself and oligopoly of violence creates a just society.
