Very embarassing saga. So those two are just conmen. It is good to know they conned "their" own people. The two cannpt escape their responsibilities. So the former governor Mandago set up a ponzi scheme in the name of getting scholarships for needy students.
Initially Mandago claimed to not have any knowledge of the scheme, but of late he has changed tune. Ati it got out of hand and was mismanged by junior officials. He cannot even name the said officials as if they were ghost workers in his county administration.
I can see the parents and students were allowed to demonstrate. It shows the police can be civil if oredered to be so. Would such a demonstration have been allowed in an Azimio stronghold?

The lowest of the low is when you steal from the poor or give them hope that is non existent. That is EVIL.

Isn't WSR a resident of UG county, yet mum on this issue. Just like him, expect his sidekick on this forum to keep away from this specific thread. Indefensible is the word.

:D :D :D
WSR is a big hypocrite. I wonder what he will do when the hasoras realise the guy was taking them for a ride. Just a few example of his promises:
1. Maybe around April he promised the US$ will be trading at 100-120 in the next few weeks. We are in August and where is the US$ heading too?
2. He promised boda boda electric motorbikes by September this year and KPLC will charge them 8 Ksh per KwH. Nothing to be seen in that end , but September is a few weeks to go.
3. Unga prices are to come down this month. We hold our breath. His Agriculture CS promised maize from Malawi he had hired shambas there to be planted extra for Kenynans and this month the Malawi maize is to hit the market.

Regulatory changes can take care of food prices. Allow food grains to move freely accross EA. We are in a world food crisis but govt are yet to address any short and long term solutions. Kansas, once a wheat heaven saw wheat decimated by weather. Same for peaches in GA. Russia WILL use food as weapons, with severe consequences.

I hope they dont throw the baby with dirty waters. They need to clean up the mess and continue with program. I hear it working well in Elgeyo Markwet.
Kenya gov should step in as official agent - and gov to gov deals - for students and labour exports.

Does not exist. That was a term coined by Uhuruto regime to push through the SGR. Check the contracts and no where did the government of Kenya sign.
