Title: Ethiopia,Next coup destination?

I would suggest a federal system not like Kenya's nusu decentralisation, but real independence for the regions leaving the fedreal government with only major functions like foreign affairs and defence. Even the police should be devolved.

Problem with leaders these days is lack of wisdom. People want a grassroots govt, not an imposing govt. Even China is crumpling because of an imposing govt.
