Are teachers really serious or are they on hard stuff?? 700 Billion is their demand!!! Total Bullshit!

TSC could have long devolved and transferred or loaned its powers to Counties and individual schools.

Gov were intimidated by teachers to have education function a national function. This function should be devolved pronto.
