That is the county's money. Nothing will happen to Mandago. He is just one of the many conmen in town.

Note, there claims to have trasfered money to universities in Finnland. As far as I know, universities in Finnland do not charge school fees. That money was transferred to a personal account.

I can name a few Kalenjins who are not corrupt. Cherserem, Gov. William Ruto (my neightbor from Bomet), I cant remember any others

Atleast those parents will manage to pay their debts and maybe buy a piece of land with the money or even enroll their kids to school in Kenya.The money will help in some way.

Corrupt people should be sodomized using hot metal rods and hang on public gallows.
