What a shame to see some people supporting Maina Njega knowing the number of Kenyans this guy has killed. Kenya would be a better and safer place without Maina Njenga.

Supporting Maina Njenga and standing for his rights are two different issues. Go back to school and learn just a liitle bit of civics.

Yes I think keeping him beyond 24hours is clear violation of his rights.

If he can prove - magistrate should declare mistrail - and end the case. Judiciary should not enterain any case where police has kept the suspect beyond 24hrs unless it kamata kamata friday.

Let us not go back to dark days of torture.
