Those parents were conned. In ountries like Finland, there are no tuition fees for educational instituitions. The maintaince of the students is the biggest expenditure. Calculate with over 150K per month.

I thought Mandago was a straight forward guy who had a lot of potential in national politics. How do you do such a thing to your own peasant electorate? No clean person left in kenya.
