What is the price gouging law in kenya? This is ridiculous Steel companies and wholesalers taking advantage of builders. How do you explain hourly price fluctuations of Steel prices. This is insane.

What steel prices globally? Most of these are imported so might dollar and global steel prices.

Not really. Few weeks ago when dollar was at it peak we were buying D16 @ ksh 2100 per piece but  today it's ranging between ksh2500 - ksh 2600 . Most wholesellers claim they don't have supplies. Doshi and Devnk reliable brands. I thought those 2 manufacturers chuma in kenya?
