This is an act of self sabotage. I would say whenever they have those cabinets meetings they should be able to bring in expects on subject matter of the day. David Ndii brain power is equivalent to 75% of that cabinet. Why would you not want someone like that in the cabinet meeting?

Have you ever heard anywhere on this earth where "strangers" attend cabinet meetings? It happened only before in Meru County under the current pastor governor and led to a mutiny.

Nothing stops Ruto from appointing "genius" David Ndii to the cabinet. Ruto just has to follow procedure laid down by the constituition.
