?s=20BREAKING NEWS

The High Court, sitting in Nairobi, has ruled as follows:
1. THAT the public participation for the creation of the post of CAS was only conducted for 23 CASs.
2. THAT the creation of the additional 27 CASs did not adhere to the Constitutional requirement of…
That reason given by the judges of no public participation is too flimsy. Now KK will go hold a baraza in Kapsabet and people will be asked to vote per acclimation on the KK decisions. We all know how it will be decided. The work of the Judiciary is to interpret what is in the constitution and protect it. In the absence of infinite resources, courts do not have to do anything more. You obviously never been anywhere near the corridors of justice otherwise you would know that many cases get dispensed on technicalities that are supported by Katiba. If you want the court to rule in your favour or attend to substance, you must come with clean hands. Jurisprudence at its irreducible minimum requires finding a clause on which to hang a case on. It is evident the world over: Al Capone was convicted on tax evasion of which the evidence to back up the charge was overwhelming than if they had gone the racketeering & murder way. Sadam suffered same fate. Kwani Germany what guides jurisprudence?
