Irish farmers are rebelling against a proposal to cull tens of thousands of cattle a year to help Ireland meet its climate change targets.

The Irish government wants to reduce emissions from farming by a quarter by 2030. Media reports last week suggested that one option being considered was to reduce the national dairy herd by 10 per cent meaning a cull of 65,000 cows a year for three years, at a cost of 200?million (170?million) annually.

Bloomberg News: South Africa Beats Climate Goal as Blackouts Slash Emissions Unintentional  :85: :85: power plant breakdowns are reducing industrial activity

Bloomberg: South Africa is ahead of its target for cutting emissions of greenhouse gases. ... Regular breakdowns of the coal-fired power plants that supply more than 80% of South Africas electricity mean that less carbon dioxide is being pumped into the atmosphere and daily rotational cuts of more than 10 hours a day are further limiting emissions from factories.

Its unintentional, Crispian Olver, the executive director of South Africas Presidential Climate Commission
, said in an interview in Johannesburg on Monday. We reckon we are well within the range of meeting the 2030 target, he said. ...Its very difficult to recommend the decommissioning of power stations in the middle of an energy crisis.

These Green Policies at the international level (the UN, the EU, the World Economic Forum) are billed as necessary to save the planetand are now starting to GO INTO EFFECT around the world including right here in AMERICA. These policies sound beautiful on paper: save the planet, end hunger, and have gender equality. But in practice, they undermine our food security, and represent a true EXISTENTIAL risk to our liberties as FREE citizens.

We traveled the WORLD to figure out whats behind the GLOBAL war on farmers, as well as the truth behind the push to get people to EAT THE BUGS. If you want to find out about the coming Global Food Crisis and what you can do about it, dont miss this episode.

Ruto accused of letting West run climate talks

More than 300 civil society organisations have accused the government of ceding control of the African Climate Summit to Western governments.

In a letter addressed to President Willian Ruto, the organisations say African governments have lost an opportunity to chart a practical and beneficial path towards implementing solutions occasioned by climate change in their countries.

In the letter, the organisations say the summit has been seized by Western governments, consultancy companies, and philanthropic organisations hellbent on pushing a pro-West agenda and interests at the expense of Africa Even more worryingly, the agenda of the summit has been unduly influenced by US- Based consultancy firm McKinsey and Company. The lead of African officials and ministers has been pushed on the back burner, the letter says.

The lead of African officials and ministers has been pushed on the back burner, the letter says.

The inaugural Africa Climate Summit, championed by President Ruto aims to address the increasing exposure to climate change and its associated costs, both globally and particularly in Africa.

The Summit was originally formulated by African Heads of State to serve as a platform to inform, frame, and influence commitments, pledges, and outcomes, ultimately leading to the development of the Nairobi Declaration.

However, the campaigners say, these ambitious goals will not be met should the organisation of the summit proceed as is.

14 American Cities Aim to Ban Meat, Dairy, Private Cars by 2030

Fourteen major American cities are part of a globalist climate organization known as the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, which has an ambitious target by the year 2030 of 0 kg [of] meat consumption, 0 kg [of] dairy consumption, 3 new clothing items per person per year, 0 private vehicles owned, and 1 short-haul return flight (less than 1500 km) every 3 years per person.

C40s dystopian goals can be found in its The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5C World report, which was published in 2019 and reportedly reemphasized in 2023. The organization is headed and largely funded by Democrat billionaire Michael Bloomberg. Nearly 100 cities across the world make up the organization, and its American members include Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Seattle.

Good God! Is Britain really going to jail people who disagree with net zero?
A piece of legislation snuck quietly through Parliament yesterday. If we don't fight it you might very well face jail time for non-compliance with new zero diktats on your home,

Many are questioning the necessity and feasibility of the draconian net zero measures contained in the flagship Energy Bill which cleared the Commons at third reading yesterday, and they're rightly worried property owners facing criminal charges for opposing them.

In fact, under this new legislation, those who fail to adhere to energy consumption regulations could face imprisonment for up to a year and fines of up to 15,000.

A carbon offset deal could see Liberia concede 10 percent of its territory to a private Emirati company, extinguishing customary land rights and giving the United Arab Emirates (UAE) pollution rights equivalent to the forests carbon sequestration.

The deal would give the company blanket control over one million hectares of forest. The company would then harvest carbon credits, supposedly from restoring and protecting the land, which they would then sell onto major polluters to offset their emissions.

It may be far from over, but perhaps the war on motorists has reached its Stalingrad. Rishi Sunak will use his conference speech in Manchester this week to announce new rules to rein-in councils as they seek to make driving an ever-more miserable experience. Councils will apparently be limited on the number of roads they can place under 20 mph orders.   They may be forced to open up bus lanes to all traffic for part of the day, and their use of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras to enforce box junctions and the like could be curtailed

For the past two centuries, human prosperity has correlated with one factor: energy, released through the burning of fossil fuels. This is a self-evident global truth. Europe and North America, the wealthiest regions on the planet, are also those with the highest per capita CO2 emissions (along with the oil-producing Gulf states); Africa, on the other hand, has the worlds lowest levels of per capita energy use the average African consumes less electricity than a refrigerator and around 600 million people live without access to to electricity. In this sense, its the greenest continent on the planet. Its also the poorest, with almost half a billion Africans living in extreme poverty.

More than any other resource, Africa is starved of the energy it needs for economic development. This isnt for lack of natural endowment. Africa possesses vast reserves of coal, oil and natural gas. But extracting those resources and using them for domestic development requires money, infrastructure, expertise and institutional capacity which Africas poorest nations, especially in the sub-Sahara, sadly lack. One solution is partnering with foreign energy companies until recently, mostly European and American firms but that means that much of the domestically produced gas and oil is then exported rather than used for local development.

Yet beyond practical difficulties, in recent years an ideological force has also come to stymie potential development: the global political creed of Net Zero.

While the phrase is already associated with straitened living standards in the West, in the developing world Net Zero threatens to lock countries into perpetual underdevelopment. So far, it has mainly taken the form of Western countries limiting overseas fossil fuel investments. As early as 2014, one study found that the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the main US development finance institution, had started to invest principally in solar, wind, and other low-emissions energy projects as part of the [Obama] administrations effort to promote clean energy technology.

Meanwhile, across Africa, the Western climate-industrial complex, composed of NGOs and state development agencies, has started pouring vast amounts of money into wind and solar projects. And this combination of carrot and stick was a clear injunction to poor countries in Africa and around the world: if they want to develop, they have to do so in a green and sustainable manner ( Look like most nipate crew and the current Marxist govmen swallowed green bait hook and sinker?). Advocates and policymakers started pushing the idea that this was totally feasible that poor countries can generate all the energy they need from renewable sources, primarily wind and solar power. That, in other words, Africa can achieve Net Zero and industrialisation simultaneously. This claim is a delusional fantasy and a dangerous one at that.

Now scientists say BREATHING is bad for the environment: Gases we exhale contribute to 0.1% of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions

The new study was led by Dr Nicholas Cowan, an atmospheric physicist at the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology in Edinburgh.

'Exhaled human breath can contain small, elevated concentrations of methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), both of which contribute to global warming,' Dr Cowan and colleagues say.

'We would urge caution in the assumption that emissions from humans are negligible.'

As most of us remember from science classes at school, humans breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.

When we inhale, air enters the lungs, and oxygen from that air moves to the blood, while carbon dioxide (CO2), a waste gas, moves from the blood to the lungs and is breathed out.

With plants, it is the other way round; plants use CO2 to create oxygen as a by-product (the process known as photosynthesis).

Every person breathes out CO2 when they exhale, but in their new study, the researchers focused on methane and nitrous oxide.

These two are both powerful greenhouse gases, but because they're breathed out in much smaller quantities, their contribution to global warming may have been overlooked.

Bill vaccine Gate war on cows has ramp up. Will Ruto and fellow pastoral RV in government sacrifice Kenya cow for change climate scam? Ruto mention he vaccinate all Kenya cow in January 2025!

New Bovaer fears: UK Government 'commits' to giving ALL cows in England controversial feed by 2030 - amid ongoing dairy boycott over 'toxic' additive
All 'suitable' British cattle will be given methane-reducing chemical Bovaer or Bovaer-like products by law by 2030, under controversial Government plans.

A Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) document that details the plan to mandate the use of 'methane-suppressing feed products' in English cattle has sparked concern on social media — due to claims the substance can leach into dairy, causing health problems.

It comes after furious Brits have vowed to boycott more than a dozen makers of dairy products including Lurpak, over fears they are allegedly 'contaminated' with the additive, which has been questionably linked to cancer.

Even backwater Vietnam who emerge civil war two decades ago has started denigrating Kenya retarded policies

Another interesting point of comparison between Kenya and Vietnam is on responses to climate change. While both countries have committed to reach net zero by 2050, a look at the respective fine prints — in the climate development reports — reveal divergent stories (if in doubt, just go read the conclusions of the two documents). Policy documents from Vietnam, which currently relies on coal for over 40% of its power, reveals a clear understanding of the tradeoffs at play. For example, it commits to peaking coal-fired electricity generation at 30.2GW — which alone is more than seven times Kenya’s current total installed capacity.
