Title: Malala, Monica Juma, Ndii cleared to attend Cabinet meetings

I still recall one AliceWahome going to court and getting General Badi blocked from eavesdropping on Uhuru's cabinet meetings. Can Alice Wahome kindly advice her boss.

I think it's a good idea to have Monica Juma and David Ndii in the mix. Not sure what value Malala adds.
