He might as well not have seen him with the gun.  But he is saying it in a way to exonerate the man who shot him on camera. 

DJ Evolve, real name Felix Orinda, has now told the court that he did not see Babu Owino with a firearm on the said day.

“I was injured by a bullet but I don't know from which gun...I just found myself in a vehicle to hospital...I came to find out that Babu Owino was supporting… pic.twitter.com/uI7w6IacJo

How many counts was he charged with?

I hope he's found guilty on misuse of a firearm!
