You should embrace other communities, exercise power with decorum with a futuristic view. Other tribes population will overtake RVGEMA in coming future, When they will have the instruments of power. That is Money, Parliamentary control and Weapons (police/military),How will you people want to be treated? When you show arrogance at national level, How are your ethnic members treated in the opposition controlled counties?
The responsibility of a leader is to embrace others and overcome pride but the way Gachagua and Kuria behave, Its despicable.

Well said.Arrogance has no place in leadership. Kikuyus need to learn from kalenjin on humility. Luos have failed to nick leadership coz of arrogance n pride. Kikuyus been hated n attacked before because of arrogance. Humility mean kalenjin can stay in power for 50yrs without getting into people noses.Be humble.kalenjin say walk in such way your footsteps are not heard..don't stomp the ground with pride n arrogance..for wealth n power is fleeting
