1st year that is normal - as new guy need to buy new clothes, new cars, travel around the world and etc. Entire statehouse has to be ripped apart to remove all listening devices left by last regime.

Why does one need new vehicles, luxuries etc when the  ones Uhuru left are perfectly fine.

Whose said it's wrong. Ruto is now in France. Keep counting. The president job is to go out there and look for money, investors, markets and all that. They are no holidays - they are working trips.

You want him to get drunkard in statehouse for 3 months like Kibaki or later Uhuru - or to be actively moving.
