Apart from Chris Kiptoo - it total capture.

Economic Council - Dr David Ndii - informally CS of Planning and overall economic brain

Finance Minister - Prof Njunguna
KRA - Kikuyu woman married to Luhya
CBK - Dr Thugge.

Parliament
Budget - Ndidi Nyoro
Finance - Kimani - Molo Mp.
Majority - Kimani Ichungwa

Next - Investment - Kuria.

Interior at least is now fairly represented - thought they are two Merus and two Somalis - two Luos? - in the top echelons.

Public Finance is totally epic failure from Ruto.

Energy by Chirchir is another epic failure - way too many Kalenjins

Its the from hustlers and hustlers are suffering more than before . A day cant go without a more than a hundred people requesting for money.

I wont change my principles because of Ruto and how he got his votes.
We must weed out 20yrs of tribalism in finance sector by kikuyus.
Esp in KRA.
If Ruto doesnt put Non-Kikuyu in KRA soonest - then he has failed.

KRA substantive head must be a Non-Kikuyu.

Since 2001, members of the Kikuyu community have maintained uninterrupted leadership at the lucrative Kenya Revenue Authority, elbowing aside other tribes who are yet to helm the revenue collecting agency.

According to documents, the authority currently has a total workforce of 6,924.

Out of these, 1,961 are from the Kikuyu community, followed by Luos at 874 and Luhyas at 837.

The same trend is replicated in the middle-level management where out of the 3,967 staff, Kikuyus still dominate with 1,178 members followed at a distance by members from the Luhya community at 503, surpassing Luo community by just five members.

Can we talk of the last two CS in that docket . They are the reason we are in this big problem.
Ruto started failing when he decided to listen to the likes of you and started going against hustlers …
Tell me something phenominal he has done apart from recycling Uhuru bureaucrats and enriching neo-Moism by approving appointment of Kalenjins in all critical parastatals  and head of government dockets….

We are talking entrenched tribalism in many key finance sectors thanks to Kikuyu tribalism.
Just like we also need to fix kalenjin tribalism - including new ones.

KRA is obnoxious and is probably the reason it failing to meet targets.

Ruto has done so many phenomenal things I would need a full day to just enumerate.

I have been around kenya - we have major big harvest coming in - thanks to fertilizers.
