Ruto needs a speed governor attached to his beak. He's quick to respond to issues he has little or zero understanding on. He needs to chill, consult his advisers before dashing to the microphone.  Get mohameed Hussein or move Dr. Alfred Mutua to statehouse as spokesperson. He did a good job for Kibaki government.

The thing is: Let someone go out there and spew nonsense. The public will react. Sieve through the public responses, collect intel from the responses, thereafter give official government position on the subject matter.

Nonsense. There is a reason why there is PR in PResidency. This is a 24 hour PR job wachana na hiyo ujinga ya Kibaki. His aloofness led us to 2007. 

This remiscence of Kibaki days is for those with amnesia and kids who were not born. Mutua was a clown in that spokesman government- he killed it even before it crawled.

Exactly. We need gov to be on toes.  Not everything off - president disappear - to re-appear in election date.
