Title: Turkana's Now Turning into Nairobi Gangsters?

I'm surprised this tweet hasn't gotten attention because the video is quite alarming. 

Armed (I assume Turkana's) in Lodwar walk into what looks like a restaurant and just start spraying the whole place with AK 47 bullets. 

They're no cows there.  Is this a new escalation?
