He should have been fired on day one.Ruto can always find good merus.Ruto already appointed meru to be IG so they cannot expect to also head NIS plus kindiki is minister of interior.The current security organs are most tribally balanced in Kenya history..only missing a luhya somewhere...Ruto consider Luhya or kamba for DPP.
