Title: Ruto promised in 2022 to publish SGR and Nairobi Expressway contracts

What happened to these promises? KK already 9 months at the helm and no word about these deals. My take is they will make similar deals in future.

It is a good cash cow. The budgeted scams are just handed over to the new regime and are well appreciated.
